As Principal of FWT Consulting Inc, Floyd combines over 15 years of senior level business experience with a broad range of hands-on and theoretical experience - positioned to grow your sales and marketing opportunities for Toronto’s residential rental market.

Floyd has worked for some of the largest property management firms in Southwestern Ontario such as Briarlane Rental Property Management Inc., Morguard Corporation, Greenwin Inc and Timbercreek Asset Management – developing and implementing leasing strategies that deliver results and maximize ROI. Floyd’s innovative leasing strategies, depth of experience and successful rental programs were officially recognized by the Federation Of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) with the award of Leasing Professional of the Year 2013. 

Floyd is adept at providing support and developing new processes through ongoing work, defect resolution and enhancement solutions.  He consistently completes multi-faceted assignments within established timelines while demonstrating excellent interpersonal and management skills. He adopts a tested methodical approach to each project that is augmented by an innate ability to synthesize data -- utilizing key information to develop strategies and execute critical tactics. All programs include back end analysis and build a solid foundation for continued revenue growth.
